We have Limited Return and Replacement Policy* , Below are Highlights.

Wrong Products Delivered or 100% Damage in Transit are only Covered in Replacement.

Any Products Opened and Repacked by Customs are not Covered as a Return.

Perfumes are Subjective , Hence perfumes are non returnable for *Not Liking*
Fragrances are Personal and Subjective , Products which you did not like Or Which was bought blindly are not covered under Returns and Replacement.

Our Processing Time is 2 Weeks and Further 1 week DHL May take , However we try and ship in Batches from Multiple Locations like India , UK and UAE(For GCC)
